14th century, northern Spain. After the shipwreck of the Santa Isabel, the lifeless body of Fray Miguel appears on the shores of San Roque. As night falls, the monks take him back to his old abbey, unaware that his corpse is infected with a creature from the deep sea.
Lucas Parra and Gerard Claramunt share a great friendship and passion for cinema. They met at Escac (Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya), where they both took a degree in film directing. Since then they have worked together on numerous projects, including "Entreterrestres", a short film directed by Lucas Parra and selected in the last edition of the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival.
