A young man hoping to soon be a fiancé to his Nigerian girlfriend meets her family for the first time. Before they will accept him, he must take part in a cleansing ritual to examine the past and witness the actions of his forefathers.

Conscian wrote and directed a dark, psychological horror short THE FAMILIAR FINGERS OF CULTURE (2019). The film won Best Actress at the British Horror Film Festival and Best of Fest at That Film Festival — Berlin. He also wrote and directed the short film IMMURE (2016), which won the Grand Prize and Best Horror Award at the Lancaster International Short Film Festival and Runner Up at Miami international Sci-Fi Festival.
