Su cortometraje de terror, Hector's Hell House, tuvo su estreno mundial en Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival y su estreno norteamericano en Dances With Films. Fue finalista de Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Production Grant en UCLA y finalista de Film Riot MakeFilm Challenge. Recibió George Burns and Gracie Allen Fellowship y Edie and Lew Wasserman Film Production Fellowship.
